Refund policy
Thank you for choosing to shop with us. We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and top-quality products. Please take note of our refund policy outlined below:
- Returns and Exchanges: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. All product returns must be in the same condition you recieved it and in the original packaging. Return shipping must be covered by the buyer. Return refunds will be processed within 3 business days of delivery of the return.
- Cancellation Fees: You may request cancellation of an order as long as the order hasn't been shipped out. A cancellation fee of 6% of the total order will be applied to any cancelled orders.
- Damaged/Lost Packages: We guarantee the safe delivery of all items ordered, if you’ve received a damaged package we are here to help! If your package arrives damaged or is lost by the carrier we will provide you with either a full refund or replacement of the item. We ask that you please send us an email containing a picture of the package, picture of the damage, and brief description of the situation. If you believe a package has been lost please send us an email with the tracking number provided. Packages will be considered lost if 30 days have passed with no updates to tracking. Damaged product that has had it’s seal tampered with or destroyed intentionally may be excluded from being covered under our policy. Messages regarding damaged product may be addressed to info@genzgaming.shop.
- Incorrect Addresses/Failed Delivery: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they provide us the correct shipping address. If your shipping address is incorrect please contact us ASAP to have the order cancelled (cancellation fees will apply). If your order has already been shipped and is returned to sender due to an error on your part a refund on your will be provided with a deduction of all shipping costs incurred by us and a 10% restocking fee.

Return Process
1. Contact to let us know you would like to return an item.
2. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.
3. Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package so we can locate your order in our system upon return.

5. Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, we recommend signature confirmation for returns exceeding $750.00.
6. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to five (5) business days to be posted to your account.
