Refund policy

- Returns and Exchanges: We regret to inform you that outside of exceptional cases we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items sold through our website. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.

Exceptional Cases: In extremely rare situations where a return must be made, we will assess the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please note that such exceptions are subject to the following conditions:
a. Unopened Items: Only unopened items with an intact seal will be eligible for consideration for return.
b. Shipping Responsibility: In cases where returns are accepted, the customer is responsible for both the initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
c. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the refund will be issued for the product's cost minus any shipping charges incurred. - Cancellation Fees: You may request cancellation of an order as long as the order hasn't been shipped out. A cancellation fee of 7% of the total order will be applied to any cancelled orders.
- Damaged Packages: We guarantee the safe delivery of all items ordered, if you’ve received a damaged package we are here to help! We ask that you please refrain from opening the damaged package you received, and instead send us an email containing a picture of the package, and brief description of the damage. If you have opened a package and the items inside appear to be damaged, we ask that you avoid breaking the products seal and send us a picture of the damaged items right away. Damaged product that has had it’s seal tampered with or destroyed intentionally may be excluded from being covered under our policy. Messages regarding damaged product may be addressed to info@genzgaming.shop.

Return Process
1. Contact to let us know you would like to return an item.
2. Package all returns carefully and securely in a box, bubble mailer, or in the package originally used to deliver the item.
3. Include the original order invoice or a note with the Order ID of your package so we can locate your order in our system upon return.

5. Drop the package off at your designated carrier's location. While the post office is a safe and secure form of shipment, we recommend signature confirmation for returns exceeding $750.00.
6. When your package is returned to us, we will email you to confirm receipt and process your refund or exchange. Please note that credit card refunds can take up to five (5) business days to be posted to your account.
